Low Secure is part of the Forensic Care Unit within the Trust.
We are seeking to recruit a Quality Matron to join our fantastic team at The Wells Road Centre, to provide clinical leadership to the community Forensic Services and contribute to the development of high standards of nursing practice within the clinical service. Individuals will work with the Head of Nursing and wider Senior Nurse and Leadership Group to ensure compassionate and effective care is provided to the patients across the Care Unit.

The post holder will ensure that the highest quality and national standards for a diverse group patients is delivered and maintained.
The post holder will be required to have flexibility and adaptability to support the leadership of a nursing and multiprofeissional resource across a range of complex and diverse services to ensure all aspects of physical and mental healthcare needs are met. In addition, support and provide cover for the service manager as well as deputise for the Head of Nursing.
