We are searching for a highly proficient Rust Developer to architect, build, and maintain cutting-edge, low-latency trading systems that directly impact strategy execution and profitability. In this role, you will empower traders and researchers to scale their efforts by delivering robust infrastructure, advanced analytics tools, and automation solutions. You will play a key role in defining the live trading architecture, minimizing latency, and addressing complex real-time technical challenges alongside a talented, cross-disciplinary team.

Role:

  • Develop, design, and maintain highly efficient, low-latency trading systems using Rust.
  • Work closely with traders, engineers, and quantitative researchers to develop and refine trading strategies across market-making, proprietary trading, and OTC markets.
  • Create new tools and infrastructure that support research efforts, including platforms for analytics and optimization.
  • Implement automation for deploying and continuously monitoring trading strategies to ensure seamless live operation.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues in real time to maintain system performance and stability.
  • Drive ongoing enhancements to the system architecture, focusing on achieving low latency, high throughput, and reliability.

Requirements:

  • At least one year of practical experience developing in Rust is required; candidates will undergo a technical skills assessment.
  • Knowledge of fundamental trading strategies such as market-making, arbitrage, and trade execution is essential.
  • Solid grasp of algorithms, data structures, and quantitative finance topics like limit-order books, market microstructure, and pricing models.
  • Proven experience with real-time data processing, inter-process communication (IPC), shared-memory systems, and designing for low-allocation or zero-copy scenarios.
  • A Bachelor's degree is mandatory; a PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or closely related disciplines is preferred.
  • Previous work in high-frequency trading (HFT), market-making, or other electronic trading environments is a strong plus but not compulsory.
