A leading proprietary trading firm focused on digital assets is looking for a Quantitative Developer to join their growing team in London. The firm operates globally, providing deep liquidity across major exchanges and working closely with both crypto-native and institutional clients.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain low-latency trading systems in Rust
- Collaborate on the design and implementation of market-making and prop strategies
- Build research, analytics, and optimization tools
- Automate strategy deployment and monitoring workflows
- Solve real-time infrastructure and data processing challenges
Ideal Background:
- 2+ year of experience coding in Rust
- Familiarity with trading strategies (market-making, arbitrage, execution)
- Solid understanding of algorithms, data structures, and market microstructure
- Degree in CS, Mathematics, Physics, or related field
- Experience in HFT or electronic trading
