You'll spend 3–4 days per week on site, working closely with internal project teams, contractors, and suppliers to help ensure smooth commercial operations. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience and develop your expertise within a supportive environment.

🛠️ What You’ll Be Doing

• Supporting subcontract procurement and administration
• Assisting with valuations, variations, and cost reporting
• Managing documentation and commercial compliance processes
• Tracking project spend and assisting with forecasts
• Working closely with engineers, planners, and site delivery teams

• A foundation in construction or engineering commercial processes
• Understanding of contract forms (NEC4 experience is a plus)
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• A collaborative, proactive approach
