Join our Power Commercial team as a
Quantity Surveyor and play a key role in delivering complex, high-impact infrastructure projects, including the
ASTI scheme—a vital initiative to enhance the reliability and capacity of Scotland’s overhead line network.

As a Quantity Surveyor, you’ll manage the contractual and financial aspects of construction projects. This includes cost planning, procurement, contract administration, and financial management to ensure successful project delivery.
What you'll be doing
- Collate costs and identify commercial risks and opportunities
- Manage procurement and supply chain relationships
- Drive cost control and value for money
- Maintain strong commercial relationships with stakeholders
- Administer contracts with clients and subcontractors
- Support the Gated Business Lifecycle process
- Pursue professional development and certification
Who we're looking for
- BSc/MSc in Quantity Surveying or equivalent experience
- Working towards or member of RICS, ICES, or CIOB
- NEC 3 & 4 contract experience (any sector)
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Commercial awareness and customer focus
