Blayze Group are currently working with a leading Housebuilder in Wiltshire, seeking to make a Quantity Surveyor appointment.
This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in the delivery of high-quality housing developments across the South West.
What you’ll be doing:
- Managing the commercial aspects of multiple housing projects from inception to completion
- Preparing and managing budgets, forecasts, and cost reports
- Supporting procurement and tendering activities
- Collaborating with internal teams and external partners to ensure efficient cost control and project delivery
- Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
What we’re looking for:
- Previous experience in a Quantity Surveyor role within residential construction (ideally housebuilding)
- Strong understanding of JCT contracts and cost management
- Excellent analytical and negotiation skills
- A proactive mindset with strong communication and organisational skills
- Relevant qualifications in Quantity Surveying or a related field
- COINS operating system experience is ESSENTIAL
