Quantity Surveyor – Civil Engineering Contractor
Location: Waterloo, London
Company: A leader in innovative construction solutions in the Ground Engineering and Concrete/Bridge sectors
Contract Type: Full-time, Permanent
Our client, a global leading Contractor in construction and engineering solutions, is seeking a
Quantity Surveyor to join their Waterloo based team.
Role:
- Manage project costs, contracts, and budgets.
- Prepare valuations, variations, and cost reports.
- Work closely with project teams to ensure commercial success.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor (civil engineering or ground engineering preferred).
- Degree in Quantity Surveying or related field
- Strong commercial and contract knowledge (NEC ideally)
