With a strong focus on sustainability, compliance and innovation, their work spans sewage treatment upgrades, pipeline installations and broader water infrastructure.

Job Description

As Quantity Surveyor, you will provide commercial support across all stages of project delivery, ensuring cost efficiency and contract compliance.

You’ll bring experience with NEC contracts and a solid understanding of utility or water-based construction environments.

What you’ll be doing

• Administer and manage NEC3/NEC4 contracts in line with project and company standards
• Prepare and manage budgets, valuations, forecasts, and final accounts
• Monitor and report on commercial performance across projects
• Identify and manage commercial and contractual risks and opportunities
• Collaborate with project teams for accurate cost reporting
• Lead on payment applications, compensation events, and variations
• Provide commercial oversight on wastewater infrastructure projects (e.g. treatment plants, mains, sewers)

About You

• Experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the Civils sector, ideally within the water industry
• Knowledge of AMP frameworks and related project cycles
• Experience with sewage or pipeline projects is advantageous
• No formal qualifications or accreditations required
