Quantity Surveyor High End Residential London
A well-established building and refurbishment contractor that specialises in high-end residential projects in London and the southeast is seeking a dynamic and experienced Quantity Surveyor to join their team.
The Quantity Surveyor will work alongside a team that focuses solely on bespoke residential refurbishments and new builds in the southeast and London. The company has a strong pipeline of work and is offering a stable, long-term opportunity with excellent support and development prospects.

Specialising entirely in prime residential refurbishments and new builds, they have recently experienced an influx of new projects. They have a turnover or around £80 million the company is of large size and has a long-standing reputation for delivering exceptional standard of work. They also offer a financially stable future.
They've managed to reduce the red tape that's typically associated with larger companies.
Quantity surveyor Role
You'll be working on a £9 million single dwelling residential conversion into a 7-bedroom boutique hotel. Its an incredible project with a future pipeline of similar projects.
You'll be based on site near High-Wycombe.
You'll also benefit from a full-time, site-based team of a contracts manager, site manager and an assistant quantity surveyor for you to mentor.
Projects range from £2 million to £80 million. The projects are some of the best London and the South East has to offer.
Ideally you will have experience of Prime / Super prime property.
There's value engineering, procurement and a very dynamic and fast paced element to this project.
You will be responsible for -
- Cost Reporting
- Tender and contract documents
- CVR's
- Bills of Quants
- Attend professional and client meetings
- Assign subcontractors and suppliers aligned with procurement schedule
- Mitigate commercial risks
The Quantity Surveyor - Requirements
- 5 years + Experience
- Experience of working for a main contractor
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
