🚀 What You’ll Be Doing
As a key member of our Infrastructure team, you’ll:
- Develop and support robust business cases for electrification, capital builds, and threshold projects
- Build strong partnerships with our Go-Ahead tendering team to align infrastructure delivery with new route wins
- Draft, tender, and award contracts to preferred suppliers, ensuring compliance with governance and value for money
- Liaise with project managers, stakeholders, and contractors to commercially manage contracts and work packages
- Validate invoices and quotes, audit monthly FM invoices, and manage change control processes
- Monitor budgets, track costs, and produce timely reports and risk assessments
- Champion the use of standardised project management tools and support the development of a professional PMO function

- Electrification projects delivered ahead of schedule and aligned with operational needs
- Strong cost control, risk reporting, and demonstrable value for money
- A high-performing infrastructure PMO function with consistent use of project tools and governance
💼 What You Bring
- A degree (desirable) and working towards RICS or a relevant chartered qualification
- 2+ years’ experience in a relevant discipline
- Proven ability to draft work packages and scopes
- A sharp eye for commercial detail and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset
