Key Objectives

Managing the delivery of quoted small works across the site, ensuring compliance with contractual SLAs, airport engineering standards, and QHSE procedures.

🔧 Your Responsibilities

Technical Project Delivery

• Support the Quoted Works Contract Manager in delivering small works
• Ensure specifications and scope of works are agreed with the customer
• Coordinate contractor site surveys to define required works
• Plan and coordinate works with subcontractors and internal FM engineering teams
• Ensure all works are delivered safely on time, and to technical specifications

Safety & Compliance Leadership

• Review and approve RAMS and SSOW documentation
• Manage permits to work in line with MAG and Mitie QHSE protocols
• Conduct audits and inspections to uphold safety and compliance

Stakeholder Engagement

• Build strong relationships with subcontractors, FM leads, project managers, and internal teams
• Provide QHSE support to the self-delivery engineering team

Documentation & Reporting

• Ensure accurate project documentation and timely reporting
• Support monthly performance reviews and contract compliance checks

General Duties

• Uphold company policies and procedures
• Take on additional tasks aligned with your technical expertise
• Promote a proactive safety culture across the site

🧠 What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in engineering project delivery within a technical FM environment
• Hands-on experience in civil or fabric works (preferred)
• Project management experience (preferred)
• Knowledge of CDM regulations (preferred)
• Strong understanding of building services and FM operations
• Excellent coordination and communication skills
