Luminance's team of R&D Engineers are responsible for designing and developing Luminance's AI platform, providing Luminance's core AI technology to application within our software architecture.
This role is open to both graduates with a willingness to learn the desired skills, as well as more senior candidates with proven, prior experience in them.

Desired Skills
- Experience in the development of large-scale python codebases
- Familiarity with the python ecosystem: both the standard library and popular open source libraries such as Flask, Requests, NumPy or PyTorch
- Understanding of software development best practices and architecture, particularly of web-hosted platforms composed of applications with underlying services
- Ability to provide, or desire to develop, leadership: either of technical direction or of teams of people
- Desire to learn new things and capability to do so quickly
- Drive and enthusiasm to see projects through to completion
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree with a First or 2:1, preferably in a technical subject
