Position: Raw Material Logistic Coordinator
Location: London – Able to hybrid working 2-3 times / w at the office

One of the leading oil companies is looking for a logistics and quality control professional to support stable raw material supply. This role plays a key part in ensuring timely and complete deliveries while complying with logistics regulations. By enhancing customer satisfaction through effective collaboration, you’ll contribute directly to operational stability and business growth. The position aligns with the group’s strategic goals and offers a chance to make a meaningful impact in the energy sector.
【 Responsibilities 】
- Create sales and purchase orders for raw material deliveries
- Update delivery schedules and send order confirmations to toll blenders
- Confirm raw material receipt status with toll blenders
- Update test result data based on Certificates of Analysis from suppliers
- Issue AP/AR invoices related to payments
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports on market trends for base oil, steel, and HDPE
- Participate in meetings with toll blenders and suppliers, and take meeting minutes
- Foster a positive communication environment within the company
【 Mandatory Requirements】
- Experieced in at least 1 year of Logistic Coordinator.
- Experience in SAP ERP systems.
- Valid working visa in the UK with no restriction for the expiry date.
