About This Opportunity
Cumberland Council is looking for a Reablement Supervisor to oversee and support Reablement Support Workers across Westmorland & Furness. In this rewarding role, you'll ensure high-quality, flexible care is delivered to service users, while managing recruitment, training, and day-to-day supervision. You�ll need experience in care supervision, strong communication skills, and an NVQ Level 3 in Care. A driving licence and access to a vehicle are essential due to the nature of the role.
