Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated and personable Paralegal to join our clients expanding team as an Analyst. This position offers a unique opportunity to develop expertise in both the M&A and Real Estate insurance sectors while contributing to a fast-growing, collaborative business.

No prior experience in insurance is required — comprehensive training and support will be provided.

What You’ll Do

As part of the team, you will gain hands-on exposure to transactions and clients across a range of industries and jurisdictions. Your responsibilities will evolve as you develop your knowledge and skills, including:

• Building a strong understanding of the title insurance and M&A insurance markets.
• Learning about the different insurance solutions available and the risks they help manage across various global regions.
• Gaining insight into the team’s distinctive broking methods and how they contribute to business growth.
• Assisting in the management of transactions from an insurance perspective and supporting the delivery of tailored solutions for clients.
• Working closely with colleagues in related specialist teams, including W&I and other insurance lines.
• Taking part in client meetings, investor presentations, and business development initiatives — with opportunities to lead these interactions over time.

Skills

We are seeking someone who is curious, analytical, and eager to learn. The ideal candidate will demonstrate:

• Ideal candidate will have experience as a Real Estate Paralegal or working in a Commercial Real Estate team.
• A genuine interest in understanding legal, M&A, and real estate concepts.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• The ability to think critically and pay close attention to detail.
• A collaborative approach and enthusiasm for working within a supportive team environment.
• Confidence and professionalism when engaging with clients and their advisors.
