Description
Hydrogen is currently working with a Silver Circle law firm to find a Real Estate Associate (1-2 PQE) to join their highly ranked London team. The role offers broad exposure to a range of real estate matters including, asset management and portfolio transactions, acquisitions, disposals and development projects.
The role:
- Advising on asset management transactions (leases, licences, renewals, portfolio management).
- Running your own caseload with supervision.
- Assisting on acquisitions, disposals, developments & large-scale portfolio deals.
- Building and managing direct client relationships.
Key Requirements:
- 1-2 PQE with experience from a leading commercial real estate practice.
- Strong landlord & tenant experience.
- Commercial mindset with excellent written and communication skills.
