An international law firm is seeking a real estate associate with 2 to 4 years PQE to join its leading London team. The firm has the largest real estate practice in the world, advising clients across a full range of commercial property matters including acquisitions and disposals, joint ventures, development, landlord and tenant matters, asset management, and real estate finance.
This role offers exposure to high quality work for a blue chip client base, covering both UK and cross border transactions. You will work closely with specialists across planning, construction, tax, corporate and finance, supporting large scale real estate deals and ongoing portfolio work.
The ideal candidate will have solid transactional experience, including drafting and negotiating contracts, leases and development agreements, and managing due diligence from a leading law firm. Exposure to investment deals, landlord and tenant work, and portfolio asset management is preferred.
