Real Estate Associate, 2-5 PQE, International Law Firm

A leading international law firm is seeking a Real Estate Associate (2-5 PQE) to join its highly regarded London team. The practice delivers comprehensive property services, from major transactions and funds advice to development, leasing and infrastructure mandates.

You will support a variety of high-value UK and cross-border transactions for clients ranging from blue-chip companies to institutional investors. The ideal candidate will have excellent academic credentials with training from a well respected real estate practice.

Key Responsibilities

• Advising on acquisitions, disposals, and investment transactions (including corporate share acquisitions).
• Drafting, reviewing and negotiating key commercial real estate documents such as sale and purchase agreements, leases, licences, transfers and easements.
• Supporting asset and portfolio management matters, including landlord and tenant work.
• Managing and reviewing real estate due diligence, including reports on title and ancillary documentation.
• Working collaboratively with internal teams such as tax, planning, finance, and construction, both in the UK and internationally.
• Providing commercially-focused advice that reflects up-to-date market knowledge.
