Hydrogen are working with a leading Silver Circle firm to hire a Commercial Real Estate Associate to join their renowned London team. They advise on all stages of the real estate lifecycle, from funds, financing and joint ventures through to asset management and major development projects. Their portfolio spans large-scale urban regeneration, mixed-use schemes, offices, logistics hubs, data centres, life sciences facilities and strategic infrastructure developments.
The role provides a high level of exposure to high-value and often cross-border transactional matters, acting for developers, institutional investors, funds and government agencies.
Key Requirements:
- Qualified solicitor with at least 3 years' post-qualified experience.
- Strong experience within commercial real estate from a leading firm, ideally with exposure to investment, development or funds structuring.
- Strong drafting and communication skills is pivotal.
- Collaborative mindset and the capacity to work effectively across offices, practice areas and jurisdictions.
