Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Real Estate Associate Solicitor (at least 5-years PQE) located in our Manchester Office. You will be responsible for handling all aspects of residential property transactions and ideally will have a small following of clients and referrers.

Qualifications

• A qualified solicitor (at least 5-years PQE) with a valid practising certificate
• Demonstrated experience in handling residential property transactions
• Strong knowledge of property law, conveyancing procedures, and legal regulations
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage a caseload efficiently
• Proficient in legal research and drafting legal documents
• Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
• Demonstrates commercial awareness with a keen interest in business development
• Will have a small following of clients and referrers.
• Will assist with the supervision of junior members of the team
