A highly ranked international firm is looking to add an Associate to its Real Estate Finance team in London. This is a strong option if you want wider deal exposure, real ownership of matters and a more integrated banking/real estate practice.
The work
The team advises across the full spectrum of real estate finance. You’d see investment and development financings, PRS and student schemes, logistics portfolios, hotels and leisure, plus occasional mezzanine and Islamic finance deals. The client base spans clearing and investment banks, alternative lenders, funds, insurers, developers and property companies. The deal flow is genuinely varied and commercially interesting.

• Advise lenders and borrowers on real estate-backed financing
• Draft and negotiate the core finance documents
• Run your own matters with solid Partner support
• Work closely with the banking and real estate teams
