Profile Summary
The Solutions (CIB) supports the relationship with Mizuho's core clients covered and strives to deliver financial solutions and products, as well as to distribute the Bank's products to investors.
Our sub departments include Project Finance & ECA Finance, Real Estate Finance and non-product focused teams such as Strategic Planning.
The Real Estate Finance team is responsible as the control office for the marketing and execution of Real Estate Finance transactions, such as Non-Recourse Loans and Subscription Facilities.
The Real Estate Finance team is also responsible for expanding the real estate infrastructure sponsor universe in conjunction with the sponsor coverage and corporate coverage. Real Estate Finance transactions are structured finance value-added transactions which are tailored to address clients’ needs.
