Our client is an international law firm with a renowned Real Estate Finance practice and are seeking an experienced senior lawyer to join their London office.
In this role you will advise leading banks, financial institutions, investors, and developers on complex real estate financing arrangements, including investment and development finance, structured deals, and cross-border transactions.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years post-qualification experience gained in the UK
- Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a cross-practice, international team
