3–7 PQE Real Estate Finance Solicitor | Leading International Real Estate Finance Team

A top-tier international firm is seeking a 3–7 PQE Real Estate Finance Solicitor to join its high-performing Real Estate Finance team. The group advises on complex, high-value facility transactions across the UK and Europe, including development schemes, acquisitions, and landmark asset redevelopments.

Key Responsibilities & Focus Areas:

Lead and support large-value facility transactions (£100m+ development facilities, €100m+ subscription/NAV facilities for funds) from origination to documentation and closing
Structure multi-tier or complex deals, including senior + mezzanine debt, inter-creditor agreements, waterfall structures, hybrid facilities, and cross-jurisdictional security
Advise on real estate development schemes (student housing, hospitality, offices) and high-profile acquisitions and redevelopments
Work with investment funds, debt funds, and banks on bespoke fund-finance structures, including subscription-backed facilities, uncalled commitments, and master-feeder collateral arrangements

Ideal Candidate:

3–7 PQE with strong real estate finance experience
Experience gained at a top-tier City or international law firm
Comfortable leading complex, high-value transactions
Strong structuring skills and commercial awareness
Interest in both real estate and fund-finance transactions
