The Role

We are looking for a Real Estate Finance Solicitor to join a leading Real Estate Finance Partner and their team on a Remote basis.

The ideal candidate will be a strong technical skill and be able to handle a caseload independently with minimal supervision.

You will have the opportunity to develop into a strong technical lawyer, working alongside a reputable Partner. Getting involved in a varied workload, developing your networking and overall professional acumen skills.

This established Real Estate Finance Partner has over 20 years of experience working with lenders in both the short- and long-term lending space in matters including acquisitions refinance and restructurings, both domestically and internationally.

Essential Experience

• You will be a qualified solicitor with a minimum of 3 years PQE.
• You will have experience in residential and commercial real estate.
• You will have regularly acted for specialist funders on all aspects of secured loan originations.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for client interaction.
• An interest in business development and forming new relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a varied caseload of property finance matters, including property acquisition, investment, and development finance.
• Ensure proactive and efficient management of each case from start to finish.
• Maintain and develop relationships with new and existing lender clients and associated professionals, building trust, confidence, and reliability.
• Identify and cultivate new relationships with lenders in the commercial lending market.
• Attend exhibitions, seminars, and networking events to promote the company and build relationships with lender clients.
• Act as a brand ambassador, enhancing the market reputation of the business.
• Exhibit excellent communication skills, proactivity, and creative thinking.

The ideal candidate will have access to any of the SRA offices within their remit; however, the role can be carried out remotely.
