Description

An excellent opportunity for a Real Estate Associate to join a well-regarded legal team on a long-term contract basis. The role sits within a collaborative and supportive environment, working on a range of private and development real estate matters.

Location: London (ideally) / Hybrid – 1 day per week in the office

Start Date: March 2026

Duration: 9 months+

Practice Area: Real Estate (Private & Development)

Qualification: UK-qualified

Key Responsibilities

Advising on private real estate transactions, including acquisitions and disposals
Supporting development projects across the commercial property lifecycle
Drafting and negotiating transactional real estate documentation
Working closely with partners and associates on complex matters
Managing matters efficiently while maintaining high drafting and client service standards

Candidate Profile

UK-qualified solicitor with experience in non-contentious real estate
Strong background in private and/or development real estate work

Comfortable working autonomously while being an effective team player

Commercially minded with a pragmatic approach to transactions

Able to commit to a hybrid working model (approximately one day per week in the London office)
