What is the role?

This is an opportunity with a market leading international Transactional Risk insurance company for an experienced Real Estate lawyer to build a career in the Insurance industry whilst still utilising their legal experience.

What will you be doing?

Review and assess complex real estate issues arising from corporate transactions, restructurings, or investments.
Evaluate legal opinions and advice from law firms or accounting firms.
Draft bespoke real estate W&I insurance policy wording tailored to the specific risk.
Liaise with insurance brokers, law firms, real estate advisors, and corporate clients.
Work closely with M&A teams, corporate lawyers, and real estate professionals to meet tight transaction deadlines.

What do you need to apply?

Experience withing a law firm with a focus on Real Estate.
Experience of working in high pressure, multi-task, customer focused environments
Ability to network extensively and can build sustainable working relationships
