Description

The Team

The Front-of-House team provides services to the whole Casbah Group in London and is one of the most important and visible teams in the business. It’s the beating heart of the organisation – the first thing people experience when visiting us, and the go-to support team for all our people day to day.

We take the experience of our colleagues and visitors seriously, and the FOH team plays a key role in creating warm, meaningful, and professional interactions. Our guests’ experience can make the difference between winning or losing work and is often the first opportunity we have to make a lasting impression.

The FOH team is highly integrated across the organisation – ideally, they know as many people as possible by name, including our clients. Their presence, professionalism, and positivity shape how people feel about our space, our culture, and our company.

The team is made up of:

FOH Manager – leading the team, overseeing both buildings, and supporting HR admin and wider operational excellence.

Reception & Culture Lead – based in No 20, responsible for delivering a 5-star welcome and driving internal events, DEI initiatives, and cultural moments.

FOH Operations Assistant – supporting across both buildings with logistics, maintenance, H&S, and day-to-day operational needs.
