First Impression Team Leader
Salary: £35,000 per annum plus company benefits
Location: London, EC2V 7AW
Contract: Full Time, Permanent
Shifts: 37.5 hours per week, Monday – Friday, 9am-5:30pm, 1 hours unpaid lunch break
Work model: Fully onsite due to nature of role

Purpose of role
Are you passionate about creating seamless, high-impact client experiences through operational precision? As the First Impression Team Leader, you’ll be at the heart of delivering a world-class front-of-house service. This role is all about leading with purpose, ensuring every operational detail—from reception to hospitality—is executed flawlessly at the HQ office.
You’ll be the driving force behind a team that sets new standards in client service, with hands-on leadership to ensure every touchpoint reflects excellence.
