About This Role

We are seeking to recruit a confident and articulate Receptionist/Admin Assistant with exceptional customer service skills. The successful candidate will join the friendly and supportive Administration Team and will be a reliable and hard-working team player. You will be experienced in administrative support and will need to have a good telephone manner, able to deal sensitively with a range of students, parents and outside agencies. You will be well-presented with strong written and verbal communication skills, a 'can do' attitude and excellent interpersonal skills. Previous school office experience would be an advantage, but it not essential as full training will be given.
The role is based on working 37 hours per week for 39 working weeks per year (term time plus inset days).
