Part-Time Receptionist / Administrator (working afternoons, Monday-Friday), to be the friendly face and voice of Bloor Homes in our Southern region, at our office in Newbury.
As the first point of contact for customers, contractors, and suppliers, you’ll be an essential ambassador for our brand—making a lasting first impression and ensuring every visitor feels welcome and well-supported.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Welcoming visitors and managing front-of-house duties
- Handling and directing phone calls, taking clear messages
- Booking meeting rooms and supporting day-to-day admin
- Sorting and distributing post
- Maintaining accurate regional and company information
- Providing support to the wider team with general administrative tasks
You’ll be the go-to person for keeping things running smoothly and making sure everyone, guests and team members alike, are supported and informed.
What You’ll Need To Succeed
- Previous office experience in a similar front-of-house or admin role
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Confidence using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, etc.)
- A positive, professional, and proactive attitude
- GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths (Grade C/4 or above)
