ROLE OVERVIEW
We are looking for a full-time Receptionist / PA with excellent customer service skills to join our team. As the Receptionist / PA, you will be the first point of contact for visitors—providing a warm welcome, information, and hospitality to clients. In addition to reception duties, you will assist with general office administration, including:
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
· PA duties to the Managing Director
· Managing phone calls and emails
· Filing and checking stock
· Handling returns
· Assisting with meetings and organising lunches
· Ordering stationery and supplies
· Organising post and couriers
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am – 5:30 pm
QUALIFICATIONS
· Prior reception or administrative experience (preferred)
· Authorisation to work within the UK (required)
SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
· Excellent customer service and communication skills
· Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
· Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
WHAT WE OFFER
· Competitive salary of £25,000 to £27,000 p.a. (dependent on experience)
