RECEPTIONIST ROLE:

• Greeting visitors promptly and ensuring adherence to security and health and safety procedures
• Answering and directing phone calls efficiently while taking accurate messages as required
• Maintaining a clean, tidy and professional reception area at all times
• Logging and managing incoming and outgoing post, parcels and courier services accurately
• Supporting clients with meeting room bookings, document preparation and general assistance
• Following all policies and procedures to ensure accurate administration and stock control
• Delivering consistently high levels of customer service to retain clients and promote services

RECEPTIONIST ESSENTIALS:

• Demonstrating strong customer service skills with at least one year of direct customer-facing experience
• Remaining calm, professional and resilient under pressure or during busy periods
• Communicating and presenting professionally with a willingness to go the extra mile
• Working effectively within a team and understanding team dynamics
• Organising, prioritising and multi-tasking while maintaining accuracy and timekeeping
• Using MS Office confidently and showing general IT and business awareness
• Managing reception tasks such as post handling, courier bookings and greeting professionally
