And as a Receptionist with Bellrock you’ll do it by…

• Meeting and greeting all site visitors

Administer visitor signing in process inclusive of H&S site rules

Telephone Answering for site calls

Administer site FM Helpdesk

Taxi booking requests

Pool Car key log

Storage of visitor cases/baggage

Administration back up for FM team

Meeting room booking

Periodic check of meeting rooms

Other duties as required.

Ideally need someone who has experience in a similar role. having a broad range of personal and practical skills to carry out reception duties.

Working arrangements

We embrace smarter working practices which offer our employees the opportunity to work their hours flexibly and remotely where their roles and business needs allow. In this role, the successful candidate would be required to work from the site in Surrey Monday to Friday from 13:00pm - 18:00pm.
