This is a part-time role offering 3 days per week (22.5 hours). The required working days are Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday; working hours 8.30am-5pm.

Your next role
You will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors in a busy, customer-focused office environment. This role is essential in creating a positive first impression and providing exceptional service.
You'll be responsible for managing front desk operations, handling incoming calls, greeting clients, and addressing inquiries with professionalism and courtesy. Additionally, the role involves administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, maintaining office supplies, and supporting various office functions to ensure smooth daily operations.
