Description
We are currently recruiting for a Receptionist to join our wonderful Front of House team at Great North Hotel. Located on Great North Road, our stunning 64 room development offers luxurious accommodation for guests as well as providing the perfect venue for weddings, conferences and events.
This role includes lots of interaction with guests, cash handling responsibilities, taking incoming enquiries and following health and safety procedures in line with company policy.
We are looking for someone who strives to deliver exceptional customer service, works collaboratively in a dynamic team, and is a warm, friendly face for all of our guests. Our fast pace environment offers the right candidate the opportunity to learn all roles within a busy Hotel, Bar and Restaurant. Experience in a customer facing role is mandatory.
Our shift patterns are flexible and offers a high standard of work life balance, full/part time available.
