We specialise in the design and manufacture of ground-breaking renewable-energy technology products.
We are seeking a professional, personable, and proactive receptionist to serve as the primary point of contact for our organization. This dual-role position combines front-of-house responsibilities with administrative support for the Facilities team and Executive Assistants.
The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
Working hours:
- Part-time: Thursday & Friday, 8:00am to 4:00pm
- Additional holiday cover as required
Salary: £8,923.20 (pro rata 2 days per week)
Responsibilities:
Reception Duties
- Greet and welcome visitors with professionalism and warmth
- Manage incoming phone calls, emails, and deliveries
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail
- Coordinate meeting room bookings and visitor access
- Oversee fleet vehicle bookings, including servicing, MOTs, and road tax
- Raise and process purchase orders
- Support general housekeeping tasks as needed
- Maintain a clean and organised reception area
Executive Assistant Support
- Arrange domestic and international travel and accommodation bookings; maintain an e-log of travel details
- Manage confidential correspondence and filing systems with discretion
- Prepare meeting rooms, including coordination with IT and Facilities teams for AV and furniture setup
Qualifications & Experience:
- Proven experience in a receptionist and administrative support role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Excellent organisational and time-management abilities
- Professionalism and confidentiality in handling sensitive information
- Capable of working independently and collaboratively
