Job Summary
We are looking to recruit experienced, full or part-time receptionists |(max 30 hours) for The Emergency Department at The Northumbria Hospital in Cramlington covering a 24 hr service, 365 days of the year.
The job involves working a variety of shifts to cover the 24 hour period including 0800-2130 days and night-shifts 2000-0800

Main duties of the job
The role involves a wide variety of tasks including meeting and greeting patients and relatives on arrival to the hospital, answering telephoneenquiries, recording attendances to A&E on a computerised system (PAS data entry) and scanning A&E documents.
