We are a dynamic, solution driven Facilities Management team with high quality service at the forefront of everything we do. An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Receptionist to join the Manchester team. We are looking for a motivated, hands on individual with a background in Facilities Management. The ideal candidate will be a team player, with great organisational skills, dedicated and committed to making a positive impact on our office environment.
The working hours for this role would be Monday-Friday, between the hours of 8am and 5:30pm and this role is based in the office 5 days a week.
As the Receptionist, you'll be responsible for supporting the delivery of an efficient, fun and dynamic facilities service, to provide an exceptional workplace experience for our people. You will ensure systems and services are delivered professionally and efficiently, liaising effectively with team members, building management teams and external contractors.
