We're recruiting for a Front of House Receptionist, able to represent our company brand by providing excellent communication and customer service. They’ll deal with both internal and external customers, and will provide secretarial, clerical and administrative support in an effective and efficient manner.
Leading on all aspects of covering a reception, you’ll support with meeting and greeting all visitors and contractors, as well as all employee requests and queries at reception as they arise.
You will support room setup for conferences and internal events, booking meeting rooms and refreshments for meetings.
About You
We're looking for someone with the following knowledge, skills and experience:
- Communication, teamwork and prioritisation skills
- Flexibility and the ability to work under pressure
- Experience in administrative tasks - Computer / systems experience, including intermediate Microsoft Office/Google skills
