Salary Grade B Point 3 (£24,027.00 Full Time Equivalent) subject to pro rata. The minimum actual pro rata salary per annum for this job starts at £20,225.41.
Melior Community Academy are looking to appoint a Receptionist to join our academy in September 2025, on a temporary, full time basis.

Your new role
As the receptionist for student reception, you will be the first contact for students providing appropriate support, guidance and direction as required. You will record all students arriving late to the academy and ensure their attendance information is updated promptly and accurately and that detentions are recorded. You will also be the point of contact for students who require support such as printing of timetables, signing them out if they have permission and supporting in the uniform shop.
On occasion, you will also support the main academy reception. There you will be the first point of contact with the academy for all parents/carers and visitors, both by telephone and in person, and need to ensure information flows are accurate and effective. You will deal with incoming and outgoing post as well as assisting with other general office duties as required.
