We have an exciting opportunity for a
Recovery Coordinator to join our
First Step Team who has the skills and experience to assess and engage with our service users, ensuring that they access the right intervention at the right time, in a way that best meets their needs.
Where Remote role with occasional travel to the office. This role covers West Sussex, East Sussex, and West Kent, acting as the first point of contact for people using our services.
Full Time Hours 37.5 per week
Full Time Salary Range £27,861.26 - £32,002.35 (based on full time hours, pro rata for part time)
- Please note Full-time hours at Change Grow Live are 37.5 hours per week. For part-time roles, the salary and payments will be pro rata based on contracted hours.
About the role
- To provide an excellent first point of contact to all communication into West Kent, West Sussex and East Sussex drug and alcohol services
- To carry out telephone triage assessments and provide advice and brief interventions as required
- To route incoming calls to appropriate destination
- To ensure all relevant information is recorded on CRIIS where required
- To listen and look after the needs of the service user, professionals, and partners, showing a ‘can do’ attitude at all times
- Document all call information according to standard operating procedures
About you
- Extensive knowledge of statutory and non-statutory health and social care services in West Sussex, West Kent, and East Sussex
- Excellent knowledge of Harm Minimisation techniques covering a range to drug types
- Excellent knowledge of MI skills
