Join Our Rail Recruitment Team as a Talent-Focused Recruiter
Are you a proactive recruiter with a passion for connecting top talent with exciting opportunities?
We’re seeking a driven individual to join our Rail Recruitment Team, where you’ll be responsible for sourcing and hiring exceptional candidates for our rail projects. Your efforts will directly contribute to building diverse talent pipelines and supporting strategic recruitment initiatives that drive business growth.
In this role, you’ll leverage your direct sourcing expertise to identify and engage high-quality candidates through platforms like LinkedIn and other sourcing tools. Your attention to detail will ensure accurate recruitment data management, insightful reporting on key metrics, and the smooth execution of recruitment processes from start to finish.
What you'll be doing
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively source and engage candidates for a wide range of roles within the rail sector.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand hiring needs and provide timely recruitment support.
- Use LinkedIn and other tools to identify and attract a diverse range of candidates for open roles.
- Actively participate in internal recruitment projects aimed at improving talent pipelines and creating diverse pools of candidates.
- Track and report on recruitment activities, ensuring accurate and up-to-date data on candidate progress and market trends.
- Support the recruitment team in driving the efficient delivery of key recruitment campaigns across major projects.
- Foster a positive candidate experience from initial contact through to placement, ensuring clarity and professionalism throughout the process.
Who we're looking for
About You
- Solid experience in direct sourcing and recruitment, ideally within rail, construction, infrastructure, or engineering sectors.
- Strong proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools to identify and engage potential candidates.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to generate clear, actionable recruitment reports.
- Passionate about contributing to internal recruitment projects and helping to build diverse talent pools.
- Great communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with hiring managers and candidates.
- Organised, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- A team player who is keen to support the overall success of the recruitment team and business.
