Job Purpose
As recruiter you will work in partnership with recruiting business managers, HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition Business Partners and external consultants to identify and hire the best candidate within the recruitment process. Providing professional advice and support on all aspects of recruitment.
Accountabilities & Responsibilities
- Advise recruiting managers on candidate availability in the marketplace, sourcing options and costs as well as company / marketplace initiatives considering the Company’s Resourcing policy and own expertise in this field
- Produce job advert content for direct advertisements where applicable and post on relevant job boards and social media channel
- Carry out shortlisting activity where appropriate such as graduates and apprentices, BAU/Volume vacancies.
- Update and maintain the recruitment Applicant Tracking System - TalentLink
- Seek opportunity for continuous improvement to quality of service reducing time to fill vacancies, introduce candidate monitoring on vacancy performance and reviewing selection tools to ensure increased accuracy
Technical Skills & Experience
- Proven experience of operating in a high-volume recruitment environment
- Clear understanding of and skill in the use of a broad range of recruitment tools and services including Web-based services; search consultants
- Knowledge and application of questions and interview tools which test for specific job competencies.
- Experience of working with and influencing recruiting managers at all levels as well as third party agencies to ensure that our process is compliant and within legislative guidelines.
Qualifications
- 5 GCSE’S / O levels including Maths and English) or equivalent
