What does a “day in the life” of my new team look like?
You’ll work onsite with Rolls-Royce based in Derby, partnering with Senior Stakeholders, Attraction Teams and other organisations such as Universities on Emerging Talent Campaigns.
With a clear focus on Early Careers Recruitment, you’ll support a specified business area covering seasonal recruitment supporting all campaigns and programmes. You’ll manage candidates through a selection process to agreed timelines in a fast-paced client facing environment.
Who will I be working with?
Within Early Careers, you’ll partner with Talent Attraction Teams and Senior Stakeholders within the client to deliver these projects, working and building relationships with stakeholders in third party organisations such as governing bodies and universities to ensure your pool of candidates remains healthy.
