Key Responsibilities
- Partner with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Conduct focused searches and screen candidates using various tools (internal databases, direct sourcing, job boards, LinkedIn, networking).
- Champion diversity and inclusion, ensuring it remains a core value in our talent agenda.
- Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders by understanding skills gaps, advising on talent markets and demonstrating a strong sense of timescales and value.
- Provide an exceptional candidate experience from initial contact to onboarding.
- Qualifications:
- Proven experience in leading the full recruitment cycle and delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
- Comfortable operating across multiple regions and time zones
- Experience in an agency and/or in-house TA team, thriving in a fast-paced, diverse environment.
- Expertise in end-to-end recruitment strategies and meeting client SLAs.
- Knowledge of recruitment best practices, tools, and methodologies.
- Understanding of pre-employment vetting procedures
- Up-to-date with market intelligence and industry trends.
- Proficient in using LinkedIn Talent Solutions and applicant tracking systems (Workday experience beneficial).
