About the Role

As part of the Resourcing Team, you’ll support recruitment processes across our UK and international offices. Working alongside the wider HR team, you’ll assist with administrative tasks, manage recruitment systems, schedule interviews, produce reports, and maintain key documents. You’ll also complete a Level 3 Recruiter Apprenticeship over two years, gaining hands-on experience and the potential to progress within the team.

What We’re Looking For

• A desire to build a career in recruitment.
• Ability to get on well with a broad range of people and stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to use different approaches depending on the audience and the context.
• Strong communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills with great attention to detail and resilience in managing multiple tasks.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and minimum 5 GCSEs (Grade 4/C or above, including English and Maths).
