We are looking for an enthusiastic Recruitment Advisor to join our team for a fixed term, 3-month contract.
The Recruitment Advisor plays a pivotal role within our esteemed People Team, working closely with the Head of Resourcing and Recruitment Business Partner to strategically acquire top-tier talent from both internal talent pools and the broader market.
This multifaceted position involves collaborating with key stakeholders to meticulously define roles and ascertain the most effective avenues for talent acquisition. Moreover, the incumbent will be instrumental in internally promoting vacancies to foster a culture of retention and continual professional growth among our workforce.
A primary focus of this role will be leading our efforts in recruiting for our Research team, a vital component of our organisation. While typically recruited at entry-level, the Research team comprises individuals at all levels, contributing to the team's diverse skill set and expertise. As such, the successful candidate will become adept at managing recruitment campaigns for Research Analyst positions across various experience levels, including the coordination and execution of regular assessment days.
