We are looking for an individual who is eager to learn and keen to deliver in both performance and customer service.
We will train you on all aspects of the Recruitment process for NHS Wales including how to publish adverts, send offer letters, answer emails and queries and support the Helpdesk.
Good customer service skills are an essential requirement of this role.
We have an exciting opportunity that has arisen within NHS Wales Shared Services Partnership, Employment Services department.

We provide administrative recruitment support to Health Board managers and applicants using electronic systems as well as providing advice and guidance where needed so good computer, keyboard and communication skills are essential to the role. This is a Hybrid role with the Contractual base being Companies House. There will be a requirement to attend the office a minimum of 1 day week.
You will be provided with the support and equipment you will need to be able to work from home, but an internet/WiFi connection is essential.
The ability to speak Welsh is essential for this post.

NWSSP work in an agile way where possible, all posts will have a contractual base but as part of agile ways of working that may mean working from home and other locations. We also look at how we balance flexibility with community, and how to manage opportunities to learn from each other.
This role is being advertised as Welsh Essential. We are seeking a minimum of level 3 skills in speaking and understanding Welsh.
This means a Recruitment Advisor would be able to welcome and greet candidates to pre-employment check appointments, ask and answer questions in Welsh.
You may need to use the occasional English word in conversation at this level, but can hold most of the conversation in Welsh without having to switch entirely to English.
We offer opportunities to our staff to develop confidence in using their existing Welsh skills through courses and confidence building one to one sessions.
Discussions about further developing your Welsh language skills can be held with shortlisted candidates at interview.
