About This Opportunity
Cumberland Council is looking for a dynamic and experienced Recruitment and Retention Partner to join our HROD team on a maternity cover basis. In this role, youll work closely with service areas to deliver strategic and innovative resourcing solutions, tackle retention challenges, and build strong talent pipelines. From headhunting and campaign management to developing our employer brand and supporting succession planning, your work will help shape the future of our workforce.
Were looking for someone with strong recruitment expertise, ideally CIPD or SiR qualified, who brings a proactive, data-informed approach and a deep understanding of employment law and best practice. This role is available on a fixed-term basis.
